Linda Juranich CPT, CHC The Total Body Fitness Walking Club is a program designed to take you outside, get you moving, train you for strength and endurance and if interested, prepare you to walk with Team Total Body Fitness at the 6-mile GWB Challenge Cancer Walk in Fort Lee on Sunday June 7th, 2015. This is great incentive for you to get your body moving after a long winter and kick-off the spring/summer season. Come walk and talk with a fun group of women while you burn calories, lose inches, build strength and learn from others. There are no judgements! There are no limitations! Every shape, size, age and fitness level is welcome! |

We will either meet at the location or organize a car pool per walk. It’s totally up to the group.
