One hour of a progressive and comprehensive fitness program that is tailored to your specific goals and abilities. Individualized training sessions that build strength, endurance and change body composition with progressive exercise routines and a comprehensive focus on nutrition and personal diet. Training days and times are scheduled depending upon clients availability. |
Small Group Training
Small group training classes include 3 to 5 people. Small group training enables the trainer to give special attention to each clients abilities during class. |
Fit Body Plus A program designed to help empower women struggling with weight loss. Fit Body Plus is a fitness program exclusively serving the plus size client. Fit Body Plus offers fun fitness classes, nutritional coaching, outdoor activities and peer support. |
Fit Adventure Club We are taking exercise out of the gym! To challenge people to get involved in activities outside of the gym, prove through example that exercise is not limited to choreographed classes and training within the confines of a gym AND to create a community of like minded individuals that can have fun, share, learn and experience new and different activities that are related to health and fitness. |
